BA99 Security পৃষ্ঠা Account access, App এবং Payment—তিনটি স্তরে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সুরক্ষার সহজ নিয়ম দেয়।
ডোমেইন ও HTTPS
ডোমেইনের বানান ও HTTPS Certificate দেখুন। Certificate warning, unexpected redirect বা shortened URL থাকলে পৃষ্ঠা বন্ধ করুন।
Password ও OTP
Unique Password ব্যবহার করুন এবং OTP কাউকে দেবেন না। Unexpected OTP এলে Password বদলান ও active session review করুন।
App Permission
APK বা App Contacts, SMS, Accessibility, Device Admin বা Screen Capture Permission চাইলে কারণ বুঝুন। অপ্রয়োজনীয় Permission বন্ধ রাখুন।
Payment সুরক্ষা
Receiver, amount ও Transaction ID মিলিয়ে নিন। Wallet PIN বা পূর্ণ Card তথ্য BA99 form বা Support chat-এ লিখবেন না।
Fraud warning
Guaranteed profit, urgent payment, remote access, screen sharing, advance fee এবং social-only Support সাধারণ সতর্ক সংকেত।
Incident response
Password বদলান, active session বন্ধ করুন, Wallet provider-এর verified Support ব্যবহার করুন এবং URL, time ও message record রাখুন।
